Apartment Manager Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the terms that apply when you use Apartment Manager, including its optional subscriptions and AI credits.

Apple Standard EULA: Apartment Manager is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. It is the governing license agreement for the app. This page provides additional information about the app's services and purchases.

1. About Apartment Manager

Apartment Manager is provided by Dario Caric / DCApps. It helps accommodation owners manage apartment availability, bookings, guests, payments, pricing, costs, calendar feeds, exports, and related rental information.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the bookings you accept, the prices you set, and your compliance with laws and obligations that apply to your accommodation business.

2. Subscriptions

Apartment Manager offers optional auto-renewable annual subscriptions that increase the number of apartments you can manage. The available plans, their current prices, and any applicable taxes are displayed in the app and in the App Store before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.

The app includes a free plan. A subscription is not required to use the free plan.

3. AI Credits and Cloud AI

Apartment Manager may offer optional consumable AI credits for its AI chat features. AI credit purchases are processed by Apple and do not renew automatically. Credits are consumed when the app successfully uses a cloud AI service to respond to your request.

Cloud AI is optional. Before information is sent to a cloud AI service, the app asks for your consent. Please read the Privacy Policy for details about this processing and the data involved.

4. Calendar Services and Third Parties

You may connect calendar links from third-party booking platforms or enable publishing of an availability calendar. Third-party platforms, websites, and calendar services are governed by their own terms and policies. DCApps does not control their availability, content, or accuracy.

Calendar imports and exports are convenience features. You remain responsible for checking availability and avoiding double bookings before confirming a reservation.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including to maintain security, comply with legal requirements, or improve the app. We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change; the current version will be posted on this page.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Apartment Manager handles local data, iCloud sync, optional cloud AI, contacts, calendar publishing, and exports.
